This flat offers accommodation for up to 6 guests thanks to the bunk bed in the double room and the very comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.
The double room has a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom (with shower box and hair-dryer), LCD TV-Sat, safe, direct telephone, balcony and its own air conditioning system. The other (living) room has a double sofa-bed, a kitchen area (with washbasin, two hotplates, microwave, fridge and all kitchen utensils), bathroom (with shower box and hair-dryer), LCD TV-Sat, safe, direct telephone, its own air conditioning system and a balcony: two balconies and two bathrooms!
The flat is 59 m2: the apartment is 41 m2 and the balconies are 18 m2.
It is on 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor of the Building Thea (with lift and a common wash-machine available for all the guests on 4rd floor) only 40 metres from the sea. The beach service (an umbrella and two beach beds on the beach) is included in the price of the stay.
It is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
