In our two-room apartment Rosa Alba you can find a double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa-bed, kitchen area, a single armchair-bed, two bathrooms and two balconies.
The double bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom (with shower box and hair-dryer), LCD TV-Sat, direct telephone, balcony and its own air-conditioning system.
The other room has a double sofa-bed and a single armchair-bed, kitchen area (with washbasin, two hotplates, microwave, fridge and all kitchen utensils), a bathroom (with shower box and hair-dryer), LCD TV-Sat, safe, direct telephone, its own air conditioning system and balcony.
It is 60 m2: the flat is 38 m2 and the balconies 22m2.
It is on 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor of the Building Thea (with lift and a common wash-machine available for all the guests on 4rd floor) only 40 metres from the sea. The beach service (an umbrella and two beach beds on the beach) is included in the price of the stay.
It is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
