All the info for your stay at Residence Thea

The apartments at Residence Thea (Rosa Baltica, Rosa Canina, Rosa Alba and Rosa Damasco) are rented from Saturday to Saturday while Rosa Isis at Residence Igea and Rosa Primula (in the building just in front of the hotel) are rented from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in from 15.30 to 18.30 on arrival day; check-out within 10.00 on departure day.

The rates also include weekly supply of bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen; air conditioning, electricity, water, gas, beach facilities (an umbrella and two beach beds on the beach), free parking (partly covered), VAT and all taxes.

Final cleaning: our guests are kindly asked to leave the apartment as tidy and clean as it was on their arrival; otherwise they will be charged a fee of € 50 for final cleaning.
Cradle: € 45,00 per week.
Deposit: € 100,00 for every apartment.
4 week- or longer stays: 10% reduction.
Our guests are welcome to enjoy the services of Hotel Thea (Buffet breakfast € 8,00; Lunch or dinner € 16,00/22,00).

GENERAL TERMS

All bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of an advance corresponding to 20% of the rate of the stay. We kindly ask our guests to pay the balance on their arrival, before delivery of the keys of the apartment. Should they not be able, for any reasons, to stay at the apartment, or should they postpone their arrival or leave their apartment earlier, they shall pay the entire rental fee in any case.

The payment of a deposit (corresponding to € 100 for every apartment) will be requested upon guests’ arrival; such deposit shall be returned upon guests’ departure. The apartment shall be left in the same conditions as delivered to guests on their arrival. Any damages caused by guests (to the apartment, fittings or furniture) shall be deducted from the deposit at current prices. Should there be any additional costs, guests shall be charged them too.

Apartments will be available on arrival day starting from 3.30 p.m. and will be left by guests tidy, clean and free from people and things no later than 10 a.m. on departure day.

Guests undertake to leave the apartments tidy and clean and keep a polite and civilized behaviour. Guests and their families must observe good neighborly rules, showing mutual respect and tolerance, and they undertake not to do anything that may cause harm or be of nuisance to other guests. 
Guests also undertake not to host more people in the rented apartment than indicated on booking. Should this occur, the management reserves the right to cancel the contract without reimbursing any costs or rental rates. Animals cannot be kept in the rented building unless otherwise authorized by the management. 

The management cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to cars kept in the car park or for any damage in the apartments caused by insufficient electricity or water supply or by the suspension of supply of these due to force majeure.
