WELCOME TO RESIDENCE THEA

The Residence is part of Resort Thea in Igea Marina, which includes both Hotel Thea & Residence Thea.

We have different types of apartments in order to meet the different needs of families, groups of friends or couples. The residence is close to the sea-side, in the centre of Igea Marina.

All our apartments have air conditioning, LCD TV-Sat, a washing machine in the common area, a kitchen or kitchen area, one or more balconies, a bathroom with shower box and hair dryer. The beach service (an umbrella and two beach beds) is included in the price of your stay.

The following services are included in the weekly rates of the apartment:

• all fees for electricity, water, gas and air conditioning;
• free parking;
• an umbrella and two sunbeds on the beach;
• weekly supply of kitchen, bathroom and bedroom linen;
• free use of the outdoor heated Jacuzzi pool (22 m2) of Hotel Thea.

Final cleaning: our guests are kindly asked to leave the apartment tidy and clean as delivered to them; otherwise they’re asked to pay a fee of € 50 for final cleaning.

Free services

The following services are included in the price of the apartment: use of tennis grounds (at Tennis Club “Venustas” in Igea Marina), swimming pool (at Sports Center “Gelso” in Igea Marina ***), gym (at "Athletic Center" and "Futura" gyms, in the nearby of the hotel), bicycles (seats for children are also available) for pleasant walks (max 1h30'), entertainment at the hotel and on the beach with evening animation for both adults and children.

*** The Sports Centre "Gelso" will be closed from 12th to 19th August; therefore this service will not be available in this period. 

Services available (upon payment)

Lunch and dinner at Hotel Thea and entry to our brand new Wellness Centre; trips to festivals and fairs in Romagna, baby-sitting, laundry service.

Parks

Special reductions on tickets to the best parks of the Riviera (Aquafan, Mirabilandia, Italia in Miniatura, Fiabilandia, Oltremare, Acquario in Cattolica).
